智通财经APP讯，清晰医疗(01406)发布公告，董事会于2025年11月11日举行的会议上作出如下决议案： (1) 即时解除委聘PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting Hong Kong Limited为特别委员会法证顾问; (2) 即时重组特别委员会，由慈莹(于2025年6月25日获委任为独立非执行董事)及陈剖建博士(于有关董事会会议上获委任的新任独立非执行董事)取代郑女士及王先生担任成员;及 (3) 即时重组独立特别委员会，郑宇凌及王灿将不再担任成员，而陈剖建博士将加入成为新成员。在此重组之后，委员会将由李金鸿(主席)、慈女士及陈剖建博士组成。
