智通财经APP讯，加幂科技(08198)发布公告，于2025年11月11日，配售协议(经补充配售协议、第二项补充配售协议、第三项补充配售协议、第四项补充配售协议及第五项补充配售协议补充)所载的所有先决条件已获达成，而配售事项完成已于2025年11月11日落实。合共3200万股配售股份(占公司经紧随配售事项完成后配发及发行配售股份扩大后已发行股本7.18亿股股份的约4.5%)已根据配售协议的条款及条件按配售价配发及发行予不少于六名独立承配人。配售事项的所得款项总额及所得款项净额(经扣除配售佣金及其他相关成本及开支)分别为约9950万港元及约9920万港元。
公司将该等所得款项净额分配如下：约50%用于ChainStream的技术开发及平台扩展;约25%用于收购事项后的整合支援;约4%用于持续提升研发能力;及余下约21%用作集团的一般营运资金。
