Foresight News 消息，据智通财经报道，域能控股 (00442.HK) 发布公告，于 2025 年 11 月 12 日，本公司与卖方苏树辉博士订立 VAX 买卖协议，本公司有条件同意收购，而卖方有条件同意出售 VAX 待售股份，代价为 1 亿港元 ( 须受代价调整所限 )。VAX 待售股份占 VAX 有限公司现有全部已发行股本的约 5.56%。本公司将向卖方支付代价 1 亿港元，其中 2400 万港元将以现金 ( 来自由供股产生的本集团内部资源 ) 支付，余额 7600 万港元则通过发行代价可换股债券支付。
