路透莫斯科11月12日 - 石油输出国组织（OPEC）周三公布的月度数据显示，随着该组织继续提高产量，10月份俄罗斯石油产量增至938.2万桶/日，较9月份增加4.7万桶/日。
这一数字低于10月份OPEC+设定的俄罗斯产量配额948.1万桶/日，其中包含对前期超产的补偿性减产义务。。
OPEC+是由石油输出国组织和俄罗斯等产油盟国组成，本月早些时候OPEC+同意在12月份小幅增加石油产量，并在明年第一季度暂停进一步增产。
OPEC在其月度报告中还称，哈萨克斯坦上个月的石油产量减少了15.5万桶/日，降至170.7万桶/日，仍高于OPEC+为其设定的10月份152.9万桶/日的配额，其中包括补偿性减产要求。(完)
