11月12日-13日，上交所国际投资者大会举行，在并购专场上，中金公司投行部并购业务负责人陈洁指出，新的战投办法（《外国投资者对上市公司战略投资管理办法》）给中国企业无论是“走出去”，还是外资企业“走进来”，都创造了更有利的条件。
“我们自身的并购业务，过去差不多一半是国内的，一半以跨境为主。过去跨境项目基本都是用现金作为支付手段。”陈洁谈到，“新战投办法实施后，跨境换股更为便利，帮助中国企业实现更深度的跨境产业合作。”
陈洁进一步表示，有些中国企业“走出去”时，会和很多国外合作伙伴进行联合收购、联合开发，后续这些国外合作伙伴也能通过跨境换股，把股权纳入上市公司层面来获得流动性，这对中国企业在国外寻找合作伙伴非常有利。
