Shares of Solesence were lower Tuesday after the skin care and cosmetics company swung to a third-quarter loss as revenue declined.
Shares fell 44% to $1.59. Year-to-date, shares are down 38%.
The company swung to a loss of $1.12 million, or 2 cents a share, from a profit of $3.1 million, or 4 cents a share, in the same quarter a year earlier.
Solesence recently announced a restructuring focused on unifying the company's research & development and quality teams, consolidating manufacturing and increasing production automation.
Revenue fell roughly 13.6% to $14.6 million, hurt by declining product sales.
