智通财经APP讯，百能国际能源(08132)发布公告，集团预计于截至2025年9月30日止6个月录得公司拥有人应占亏损约800万至1300万港元，而2024年同期则录得公司拥有人应占亏损约1020万港元。
于本期间，预计公司拥有人应占亏损主要由于以下各项的综合影响(其中包括)(i)由于集团天然气贸易业务竞争激烈，天然气气价波动与运输成本高企，从而导致由去年同期毛利约345万港元下降至本年同期毛利约10万港元;(ii) 本期间一次性存货减值约250万港元导致销售成本上涨从而造成毛利下跌;(iii) 由于销售费用主要由电线业务产生，故天然气贸易业务收入与去年同期相比虽有所减少但并未降低整体销售费用比例;及(iv)财务费用由去年同期约348万港元增加至本年同期约439万港元，主要由于总贷款规模有所增加。
