Black Pearl Group Wins Conditional ASX Listing Approval

Black Pearl Group (NZE:BPG) said it has received conditional approval of its application to list on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) as a New Zealand foreign-exempt listing, according to a Monday New Zealand bourse filing.

The company expects admission to the official ASX list to occur on or around Nov. 21, subject to listing conditions, with quotation of its shares on the ASX to start two business days after admission.

The company added that its primary listing will remain on the New Zealand Exchange, and the ASX will be its secondary exchange.
