　　江苏宏信公布，配售最多2142.46万股新股，相当于扩大后股本9.09%；配售价2.9港元，较11月11日收市价折让13.95%。集资总额6213万港元，所得净额5865万港元，拟悉数用作向海科宏信出资。

　　海科宏信主要从事数字科技服务，包括人工智能、智慧机器人、软件及区块链解决方案的开发及应用。其业务也涵盖数据处理、电子商务、进出口、广告以及相关顾问及技术服务。董事会认为配售事项将扩阔公司的股东来源及资本来源。此外，配售事项所得款项净额将巩固集团的财务状况，为未来发展作准备。
