格隆汇11月12日丨中国智能交通(01900.HK)公告，于2025年1月1日起至2025年9月5日止期间，公司非全资子公司恒拓开源认购分别由广发银行、兴业银行、中信银行、招商银行及中国民生银行发行若干理财产品。 认购该等产品的交易乃由恒拓开源出于资金管理目的而订立，旨在优化其现金及银行结余用途。于2025年1月1日并入集团前，恒拓开源时常认购短期理财产品，主要为应对国内存款市场变化。随着人民币存款利率普遍下调，传统定期存款吸引力下降。因此恒拓开源决定将闲置资金配置于风险偏低而回报相对较高短期理财产品，从而提升资金效率。自2025年1月1日起并入集团后，恒拓开源延续此惯常操作。
