消息面上，据财联社报道，海信据悉正在考虑合并电子产品和家电业务。海信家电三季度业绩显示，该公司前三季度实现营业收入715.327亿元，同比增长1.35%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润为28.118亿元，同比增长0.67%。单看第三季度，该公司三季度实现收入221.9亿元，同比增加1.16%；实现归母净利润7.4亿元，同比减少5.4%。华泰证券认为，主要受到中央空调表现偏弱及外销波动影响，Q3收入及净利表现仍有压力。
