香港上市公司欢喜传媒（01003.HK）发布公告，向陈荣配售约5.48亿股股份，占扩大后股本约13.04%，配售价每股0.3港元，较11月11日收市价0.385港元折让22.08%。
是次认购后，陈荣（不考虑认购权证）将成为单一最大股东，持股约13.04%。
此外，公司亦向陈荣发行认股权证， 每份认股权证发行价为0.01港元，倘悉数行使，将发行最多约18.89亿股认股权证。届时，陈荣的持股将有可能增至40%。
认购事项所得款项总额将约为1.6454亿港元，认股权证认购所得款项总额将约为1889万港元。两项集资所得款项净额约合共约1.828亿港元，其中约1亿港元投资于提升公司运用先进技术之能力、约5000万港元投资于电影及电视剧版权业务、3280万港元用于一般营运资金。
