** Stock hits highest since October 27; set to snap three-session decline
** Financial services group expects net profit in range of HK$180 mln-HK$220 mln ($23.2 mln-$28.3 mln) for six months ended September 30 vs year-ago HK$7.7 mln
** Says improvement led by fair value gains on financial assets, investments in associates, growth in contribution from family offices business
** YTD, stock falls 52.6%
