路透新加坡11月11日 - 三位知情的消息人士称，中国石油化工股份0386.HK旗下炼油厂洛阳石化已关闭两套原油装置进行维护，直至 11 月底。
其中两位消息人士称，这两套原油装置的总加工能力为每天 20 万桶，已于 10 月底前后关闭。
美国在 10 月初制裁了中国东部的一个重要码头，迫使货物改道，并影响了通过管道与该码头相连的中国石化旗下工厂的运营。中国石化五分之一的原油进口都是通过该码头接收的。
贸易商说，位于河南省中部的洛阳石化是受影响最大的工厂之一。
三位消息人士中的两位说，中国石化很可能趁机对这些装置进行维护，同时想办法解决向该厂交付原油的问题。
