智通财经APP获悉，周一，纳斯达克中国金龙指数开盘大涨2%，热门中概股多数上涨，阿特斯太阳能(CSIQ.US)大涨超10%，小鹏汽车(XPEV.US)涨超7%，百度(BIDU.US) 、富途控股(FUTU.US)涨超2%，阿里巴巴(BABA.US)、拼多多(PDD.US) 、蔚来(NIO.US)涨超1%。此外，日内恒指大涨1.55%，沪指涨0.53%。
消息面上，在部分民主党人倒戈支持后，美国参议院于当地时间11月9日晚间以60票对40票通过程序性动议，为终结史上最长政府停摆铺平道路。参议院已休会至周一，最终表决时间尚未确定。该方案还须获众议院通过，方能递交总统特朗普签署。特朗普11月9日晚间返回白宫时则对记者表示："看起来我们离结束停摆非常近了。"
