智通财经APP获悉，周一，Plug Power(PLUG.US)股价走高，截至发稿，该股涨超6%，报2.82美元。消息面上，公司宣布通过资产出售、释放受限现金及减少维护开支等措施，预计可实现逾2.75亿美元的流动性改善。
Plug Power表示，已与一家未具名的美国数据中心开发商签署意向书，计划出售其在纽约及另一处地点的电力使用权，并与该开发商合作，利用Plug的先进燃料电池技术，为数据中心提供辅助与备用电力解决方案。该开发商目前正积极扩展其数据中心平台。
公司同时宣布，将暂停与美国能源部(DOE)贷款计划相关的活动，把资金重新分配至氢能网络中回报更高的机会。
该公司首席执行官Andy Marsh在声明中表示：“出售这些资产有助于强化我们的资产负债表，而与大型数据中心项目合作，则能让Plug进一步进入一个对可靠性、韧性和可持续性高度重视的高速增长市场。”
