智通财经APP获悉，耀才证券金融(01428)低开逾4%，截至发稿，跌4.02%，报8.36港元，成交额1086.8万港元。
消息面上，11月11日晚，耀才证券发布公告称，就蚂蚁控股入股事宜，由于最终截止日期、即本月25日将至，而剩余完成条件可能于该日期或之前未能达成，要约人正考虑可能延长最终截止日期。耀才表示，证监会已批准相关交易，而就购股协议项下拟进行的交易向国家发改委申报方面，要约人一直积极与有关部门进行沟通，以期尽快达成完成条件。
今年4月25日，耀才证券公告，蚂蚁集团全资子公司上海云进计划以3.28港元/股的价格，收购耀才证券控股股东新长明控股持有的50.55%公司股份，总对价约为28.14亿港元。按照两地监管规定，这一交易需获得香港证监会和中国发改委的审批。此前的9月23日，香港证监会已审批通过。
