消息面上，此前有媒体报道，英伟达正计划在新一代GPU芯片的先进封装环节中采用12英寸碳化硅衬底，最晚将在2027年导入。此外，新能源领域国内800V高压平台车型渗透率半年内攀升至42%，小米YU7、比亚迪全域1000V架构等车型密集推出，带动车规级SiC需求激增，2025年国内新能源车SiC用量预计达800万片。
华西证券指出，如CoWoS未来将Interposer替换为SiC，且如按CoWoS 28年后35%复合增长率和70%替换SiC来推演，则30年对应需要超230万片12吋SiC衬底，等效约为920万片6吋，远超当前产能供给。而中国大陆SiC具备投资规模、生产成本、下游支持的三大优势，未来有望重点受益。公开资料显示，天岳先进是全球碳化硅衬底龙头，已成功研制12英寸半绝缘/导电型衬底，切入英伟达封装供应链。
