Capital Realm Financial Holdings Group (HKG:0204) appointed Zhang Zixing as its joint chairman effective Monday, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Shares of the financial services provider were up nearly 8% in Tuesday afternoon trading.
Zhang has been co-chairman of Carry Wealth (HKG:0643) since April 2025.
