ChainCatcher 消息，福布斯近日发布的文章中引用了 Bitget 首席执行官 Gracy Chen 对 ETF 资金流入及机构资金影响的最新观点。其指出，当前比特币价格的核心驱动力已转向美国市场流动性，而非来自欧洲、中东或亚洲的资本。来自这些地区的资金更倾向流入黄金与股票市场，这也解释了今年以来黄金、AI 相关美股及中国股指表现强劲的原因。
Gracy Chen 认为，一旦美国政府在 11 月结束停摆，财政支出与市场流动性将重新启动；若美联储在 12 月暂停缩表并启动降息周期，比特币的新一轮牛市或将正式开启。早在今年 1 月，Gracy Chen 曾大胆预测，“BTC 有望突破 13 万美元，并进一步冲向 15 万至 20 万美元。”虽然这一目标尚未实现，但她强调，一旦政府停摆结束、美联储转向宽松，比特币触及 15 万美元只是时间问题，无论是在今年第四季度还是明年第一季度。“我个人已重新满仓，期待与大家一起见证比特币创下新的历史高点。”
