智通财经APP讯，杭品生活科技(01682)发布公告，于2025年11月10日，买方(公司全资附属公司金高峰服装国际有限公司)与卖方(邦鸿有限公司)就收购该物业订立临时协议，现金代价总额为4753.2万港元。于订立正式协议及达成其中所载的先决条件的前提下，预期收购事项将于2026年1月30日或之前完成。该物业为中国香港干诺道中168-200号信德中心西座22楼2204及2205室。
为配合集团业务的急速发展及未来扩张，集团拟将该物业用作办公室。鉴于目前物业市场状况，过去数年香港物业价格显著下跌，董事会认为，收购事项为集团提供了一个策略性机会，以具竞争力的价格获得该物业。董事认为，收购该物业作为办公室有助节省未来租金开支，并因此符合集团的利益。此外，倘集团不使用该物业的全部面积，其亦可短期出租以赚取租金收入。
