BUZZ-PSQ Holdings gains on deal to acquire Tandym's assets

** Shares of digital platform PSQ Holdings PSQH.N rise nearly 2.2% to about $1.8 premarket

** Co to buy Tandym's software assets for $5.8 million in Class A stock and up to $1 million in cash

** Says deal adds virtual and private label credit cards to its growing fintech ecosystem

** PSQH CEO says Tandym deal will help merchants better target loyal customers, cut acquisition costs and improve retention

** Deal is expected to close in December 2025

** As of last close, PSQH down 60.4% YTD
