Court Dismisses United Renewable Energy Lawsuit Against Tri-Service General Hospital; Shares Drop 3%

United Renewable Energy (TPE:3576) said the Taipei District Court has dismissed its claim in a lawsuit against the Tri-Service General Hospital over the confirmation of a lease relationship, according to a Friday Taiwan Exchange filing.

Shares dropped over 3% in Monday's midday trade.

The company said only the main text of the judgment has been announced so far, and the court's reasoning has not yet been released.

United Renewable Energy plans to review the court's decision and take legal remedial action.
