周锋先生于2025年11月10日举行的董事会会议上获选举为本行第三届董事会副董事长(副董事长)，任期自国家金融监督管理总局河南监管局核准周锋先生副董事长任职资格之日起至第三届董事会换届时止，任期届满后有资格重选连任。
于2025年11月10日，本行职工代表大会民主选举高保宏先生为本行第三届董事会职工董事。高保宏先生担任本行职工董事需获国家金融监督管理总局河南监管局批准其任职资格方可作实。
