智通财经APP讯，德科立(688205.SH)发布公告，德科立新加坡为公司全资子公司。2024年5月16日，公司召开总经理办公会会议，同意公司在新加坡成立全资子公司，注册资本300万美元，投资总额800万美元，公司以自有资金出资。为强化公司海外研发、市场体系建设和生产基地扩容，公司拟向德科立新加坡追加投资3亿元人民币。
