智通财经APP讯，泰锦控股(08321)发布公告，于2025年11月9日，公司已收取150万港元按金，并与认购人(Redbridge Capital Global Opportunities OFC)订立认购协议，据此，公司已有条件同意配发及发行合共1.60亿股认购股份，占公司经配发及发行认购股份及配售股份扩大后的已发行股本约29.83%。认购价为每股认购股份0.2港元，较股份于最后交易日在联交所所报收市价每股0.265港元折让约24.53%。公司拟将认购事项所得款项净额约3100万港元中约70%用作发展新科技相关业务分部的投资资金;及约30%用作集团的一般营运资金。
