Softcare Raises HK$2.2 Billion from Hong Kong IPO Ahead of Trading Debut

Softcare (HKG:2698) raised HK$2.23 billion in net proceeds from its initial public offering in Hong Kong.

The final offer price was set at HK$26.20 per share, the top end of the indicative range, according to an after-market filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on Friday.

The baby and female hygiene product maker offered 90.9 million shares in the global offering.

The Hong Kong public offer was 1,813.77 times oversubscribed, with a final allocation of 9.09 million shares, or 10% of the total offering.

The international offering was 34.33 times subscribed, with a final allocation of 81.8 million shares, or 90% of the total offering.

An overallotment of 13.6 million shares was made in connection with the global offering.

Softcare is scheduled to debut on the Hong Kong bourse on Monday, Nov. 10.
