ChainCatcher 消息，据 The Block 报道，美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）代理主席 Caroline Pham 证实，该机构正与受监管的交易所直接洽谈涵盖杠杆的现货加密货币交易产品，最早将于下个月推出。
Pham 已与 CFTC 监管下的指定合约市场交易所进行了会谈，包括 CME、Cboe Futures Exchange 和 ICE Futures，以及 Coinbase Derivatives、Kalshi 和 Polymarket US，洽谈推出涉及保证金、杠杆和融资的现货加密货币交易产品。Pham 没有等待国会行动以明确授予 CFTC 对现货加密市场的监管权，而是利用《商品交易法》的现有条款，该条款要求涉及杠杆、保证金或融资的商品零售交易必须在受监管的交易所进行。特朗普已提名美 SEC 官员 Mike Selig 接替 Pham，但由于政府停摆，Selig 何时能获得参议院确认尚不清楚。据悉，Pham 预计在被接替后将加入 MoonPay。
