智通财经APP讯，泰和小贷(01915)发布公告，董事会已议决就调查审计事项成立独立特别调查委员会(特别委员会)，初步由全体独立非执行董事组成，即谢沛良先生(主席)、张玲玲女士及陈文骏先生。特别委员会亦可委任其他专业顾问协助调查及就本集团将采取的行动提供建议。
董事会进一步宣布，诚如本公司日期为2025年6月30日的公告所披露，复牌指引要求本公司对审计事项进行独立调查，就此，特别委员会已委任一家外部独立会计师行(独立调查员)进行独立调查。本公司将于适当时机就独立调查的进展及结果作出进一步公告。
此外，公司股份继续停牌。
