智通财经APP讯，百福控股(01488)发布公告，于2025年11月10日，本公司的全资附属公司前海友福与北京神店宝、盐城百和及六名其他参与有限合伙人订立合伙协议，订约方拟共同成立深圳神店宝。
深圳神店宝的获认缴出资总额为人民币5000万元，其中人民币1994.9万元将由前海友福(作为有限合伙人)出资，人民币10万元将由北京神店宝(作为普通合伙人)出资，人民币1095.1万元将由盐城百和(作为有限合伙人)出资，及余下人民币1900万元将由六名其他参与有限合伙人(作为有限合伙人)出资。
为优化本公司的行业发展布局并获取优质投资机会及资源，本集团拟参与共同成立深圳神店宝。深圳神店宝于成立后拟专注于投资主要位于中国的餐饮项目(餐饮店投资)。
