中国经济网北京11月10日讯 思林杰(688115.SH)今日股价下跌，截至收盘报60.65元，跌幅2.98%。 思林杰于2022年3月14日在上交所科创板上市，公开发行的股票数量为1667.00万股，发行价格为65.65元/股，保荐机构(主承销商)为民生证券股份有限公司(现为“国联民生证券股份有限公司”)，保荐代表人为李娟、马腾。该股目前处于破发状态。 思林杰首次公开发行股票募集资金总额为10.94亿元，扣除发行费用后，募集资金净额为9.75亿元。思林杰最终募集资金净额比原计划多4.18亿元。思林杰此前披露的招股说明书显示，该公司拟募集资金5.57亿元，分别用于嵌入式智能仪器模块扩产建设项目、研发中心建设项目、补充运营资金。目前该股处于破发状态。 思林杰发行费用总额为1.19亿元，其中，承销保荐费用9302.28万元。
