智通财经APP讯，广汽集团(02238)公布，于2025年10月30日，公司重大共同控制实体广汽本田与东风汽车集团订立产权交易合同，东风汽车集团拟向广汽本田出售东风本田发动机50%的股权，代价为约人民币11.725亿元。订立产权交易合同后，于2025年11月10日，该公司与本田、本田中国及广汽本田订立增资协议，据此，广汽本田的注册资本将由5.41亿美元扩大至约8.67亿美元。该公司、本田及本田中国将按彼等各自于广汽本田的出资比例，为增资事项合计认缴约3.26亿美元(折合约2,544,484,488港元)，公司将缴付认缴出资额约人民币11.725亿元，惟受增资协议的条款及条件所规限。增资事项完成后，该公司、本田及本田中国将维持各自持有广汽本田的股权比例，并继续分别持有广汽本田50%、40%及10%的股权。
