消息面上，摩根士丹利近日研报指出，第三季酒店行业的每间可售房收入(RevPAR)跌幅收窄，主要受9月表现优于预期所带动；而9月的积极势头已延续至10月，并可能持续至第四季。该行预期华住集团第三季业绩将好过预期，有望展现正面的RevPAR趋势及营运杠杆效益。
国信证券表示，酒店行业三季度RevPAR降幅环比持续收窄，关注周期向好与个股经营动能变化。9月、国庆节后商旅主导下行业RevPAR继续延续企稳态势，首旅管理层预计Q4降幅处于0-3%区间；明年看行业供给增速有望渐进理性，同时若政策带动商旅需求企稳叠加休闲旅游假期灵活安排，估值往往早于行业周期拐点先行修复。
