B.Duck Semk (HKG:2250) said it has entered into a merchandise supply and related services master framework agreement with ENS Toys, ENS Apparel, and ISA Global for 2026, according to a Nov. 7 Hong Kong bourse filing.
Shares of the firm were down nearly 3% in Monday's late-morning trade.
Under the one-year agreement, B.Duck and its subsidiaries will procure toys, apparel, related products, and warehousing and logistics services from the three companies, all of which are controlled by Chairman and Chief Executive Eddie Hui.
The framework does not include a minimum purchase commitment, and the specific product types, quantities, prices, and delivery terms will be set out in individual purchase orders.
