He believes the market is underappreciating the asset manager's scalable real-estate fund platform, which can generate strong recurring income. The Singapore company's fund-management business is likely to remain a key growth driver, he says. The lower interest-rate environment may support acquisition growth from CapitaLand's REITs and quicken the company's private fund syndication, he says.
