公司监事会于2025年11月10日收到何洋先生的书面辞呈，因工作安排变动，何洋先生决定辞去监事会主席职务，自2025年11月10日起生效。何洋先生将继续担任公司人力资源部总监。
经董事会提名委员会及薪酬委员会批准，董事会已批准何洋先生为执行董事候选人及郭虹女士为独立非执行董事候选人，并提请于临时股东大会审议。
此外，戢强先生已获委任为首席财务官，自2025年11月10日起生效。独立非执行董事杨志达先生获委任为提名委员会成员，自2025年11月10日生效。
