Revvity (RVTY) said Monday it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire ACD/Labs.
Financial terms weren't disclosed.
Revvity said it will integrate ACD/Labs' technologies with its Revvity Signals platform to offer a unified software-as-a-service experience to clients, adding it intends to complete the acquisition in late Q4.
Shares of Revvity were down 2.3% in recent Monday premarket activity.
