SCHMID Wins Key Orders for Panel Level Packaging, mSAP Equipment

SCHMID Group (SHMD) said Monday it received two major orders for panel level packaging and mSAP production equipment.
In the first project, the company said it will supply a cluster configuration of its InfinityLine C+ and InfinityLine H+ systems to a global technology company in Southeast Asia that specializes in semiconductors, infrastructure software, and high-performance computing solutions.
The second order involves delivering horizontal InfinityLine H+ and vertical InfinityLine V+ machines to a major electronics interconnect manufacturer in China to expand its mSAP capacity, primarily for AI server PCBs and similar products, the company said.
