智通财经APP讯，数科集团(02350)发布公告，赖浩恩女士已提呈辞任本公司的公司秘书;及根据香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第3.05条项下的授权代表，自2025年11月10日起生效，且叶嘉威先生自2025年11月10日起不再担任授权代表及根据公司条例(香港法例第622章)第16部代表本公司于香港接收法律程序文件及通知的授权代表.叶先生不再担任授权代表后亦将继续担任非执行董事及法律程序代理人。
董事会进一步宣布，杨皓明先生已获委任为公司秘书及授权代表，而主席兼执行董事闫威先生已获委任为授权代表及法律程序代理人，自2025年11月10日起生效。
