智通财经APP讯，盐城港(08310)发布公告，徐静女士(徐女士)已辞任本公司的公司秘书(公司秘书)、香港联合交易所有限公司(联交所)GEM《证券上市规则》(GEM上市规则)第5.24条项下的授权代表及公司条例(香港法例第622章)第16部所规定的本公司的香港授权代表(统称为“授权代表”)，自2025年11月10日起生效。
自2025年11月10日起，梁柏强先生(梁先生)已获委任为公司秘书及授权代表。
董事会谨此宣布，富睿玛泽会计师事务所有限公司(富睿玛泽)已辞任本集团核数师，自2025年11月10日起生效。
董事会进一步宣布，在本公司审核委员会(审核委员会)建议下，董事会议决委任柏淳为本公司新任核数师，自2025年11月10日起生效，以填补富睿玛泽辞任后的临时空缺。柏淳将任职直至本公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
