美国电动车厂商特斯拉(Tesla)股东近日投票批准行政总裁马斯克(Elon Musk)高达1万亿美元的天价薪酬方案，令其在特斯拉的持股有望在10年内提高到25%或以上。马斯克在社交平台表示，其2025年薪酬计划的终极目标为息税折旧摊销前利润(EBITDA)达到4000亿美元。沙特阿美2022年创下的史上最高年度EBITDA为2382.4亿美元。彼时受全球油价高企、销量增长、地缘政治紧张及疫情后需求复苏推动，该公司炼油利润率表现强劲；这一数字远超埃克森美孚及辉达等其他巨头企业。他对此指出，“这目标确实有点难，现在谁都能买特斯拉的股票，一起搭个顺风车，路上难免会有磕磕绊绊，但只要付出实打实的巨大努力，我觉得这些目标都是能实现的”。
