　　伟业控股（01570）公布，由于公司与公司香港核数师香港立信德豪会计师事务所有限公司未能就截至2025年12月31日止财政年度的审核费用达成协议，香港立信德豪会计师事务所有限公司于其日期为2025年11月7日的函件中向董事通知其辞任公司香港核数师，自2025年11月7日起生效。此外，由于公司与 公司新加坡核数师BDO LLP未能就审核费用达成协议，BDO LLP已向新加坡会计与企业管制局申请同意辞任公司新加坡核数师。

　　此外，董事会建议分别委任德博会计师事务所有限公司（德博）为公司新任香港核数师及OA Assurance PAC（OA Assurance）为公司新任新加坡核数师，任期直到公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
