中国集成控股（01027）发布公告，中国集成控股有限公司（本公司，连同其附属公司统称本集团）董事会建议将本公司的英文名称由“China Jicheng Holdings Limited”更改为“Asia Strategy Digit Technology Holdings Limited”，并采用“亚洲策略数字科技控股有限公司”作为本公司的中文双重外文名称（“建议更改公司名称”）。
