权识国际（00381）公布，于2025年11月7日，该公司全资附属侨雄（ 福建 ）投资有限公司拟向卓文杰收购江西九爱食品有限公司72.5%股权，代价为5900万港元，将透过买方促使公司按换股价每股换股股份0.25港元发行本金额为5900万港元的可换股债券的方式结算。
据悉，目标公司于江西省抚州市南丰县经营总面积约340 亩及建筑面积约147，000平方米的生产基地，设有生产厂房及设备。目标公司为福州市饮料产品加工龙头企业之一。 目标公司目前以“爱之恋”品牌拥有五条产品线，即南丰蜜桔果醋、南丰蜜桔汁、植物蛋白、发酵果汁及谷物蛋白。
公司认为，收购事项为具吸引力的商机，让集团提升业务组合，并令集团可从目标公司贡献的盈利中获得利益。
