大象未来集团（02309）公布，于2025年11月7日（交易时段后），该公司、BCL与SCL订立股份购买协议，据此，该公司已同意出售及SCL已同意购买BCL的已发行股本约51.72%，以及BCL结欠该公司总额约为1920万英镑的股东贷款的权利、拥有权、权益及利益，总代价约为500万英镑。预期出售事项将使公司产生约2.462亿港元的除税前收益。
据悉，BCL主要从事BCFC 的营运及管理。 BCFC为BCL的全资附属公司，主要从事于英国经营一家职业足球球会。 BCWFC为BCFC的全资附属公司。BCWFC主要从事于英国经营一家职业足球球会。
董事认为，出售事项免除公司于解除文件项下的责任及向BCL集团提供进一步的财务支持的要求。出售事项亦为集团变现其于BCL集团的投资提供良机，并使集团得以整合财务资源，专注把握新能源汽车及相关业务的增长机遇。
