Chorus (ASX:CNU, NZE:CNU) launched a tender offer for 300 million euros in outstanding 0.875% notes due Dec. 5, 2026, according to a Wednesday filing with the New Zealand bourse.
The tender offer started Tuesday and will end on Nov. 25, the filing said.
The company said it may issue new seven-year euro-denominated notes, subject to market conditions.
