SkyCity Entertainment Group (ASX:SKC, NZE:SKC) received notice that Lazard Asset Management and its affiliates are no longer substantial holders of the company, effective Nov. 3, according to a Monday filing with the New Zealand and Australian bourses.
The management firm and its affiliates now own 53.3 million shares in the company, representing a 4.833% total voting power, the filing said.
