中国质量新闻网讯 为保障网络销售医疗器械质量安全，引导企业合规经营，近日，陕西省榆林市市场监管局制定出台《医疗器械网络销售行为规范指引》。
《指引》紧密结合当前医疗器械网络销售发展现状与监管需求，从适用范围、基本准则、资质要求、重点义务、法律风险等5个方面对网络销售经营者全过程的质量控制措施和法律责任等进行梳理归类，提出明确监管要求。为全市从事医疗器械网络销售生产经营企业提供系统性合规指导，引导企业自觉对照《指引》内容，落实主体责任，建立健全与网络销售医疗器械相适应的质量管理体系，强化守法意识，避免违法行为。
该《指引》的出台，是该市创新医疗器械监管、优化营商环境的重要举措，下一步，该局将加强线上线下监督检查，净化网络市场环境，全力保障群众用械安全。（来源：陕西省榆林市市场监管局）
