BlockBeats 消息，11 月 13 日，据“美联储传声筒”Nick Timiraos 报道，亚特兰大联储主席拉斐尔·博斯蒂克（Raphael Bostic）周三宣布，他将在当前五年任期于明年 2 月底届满时退休。
据悉，博斯蒂克的离去将在政治敏感期削弱美联储内部的鹰派声音。这位始终未对政策决策投过反对票的主席，其立场通常接近利率决策委员会的中枢。
三年前，博斯蒂克因披露个人财务交易未严格遵守高级官员监管规定而受到审查。当时他仍获得了理事会的支持。另有两名联储主席于 2021 年因财务报表问题接受审查后辞职。美联储内部人士认为，财务重述事件令博斯蒂克连任前景堪忧，特别是在特朗普及其盟友持续质疑美联储公信力的背景下。今年美联储因未更激进降息已遭遇特朗普政府的空前政治压力。
周三在亚特兰大经济俱乐部午餐会上，他直言虽然就业增长放缓增加决策难度，但通胀仍是“更明确而紧迫的风险”，并警告将利率推向中性或刺激水平“可能为通胀猛兽注入新鲜血液”。演讲中他未提及退休决定。
