黑石旗下全球基础设施合伙人（GIP）与西班牙建筑集团ACS宣布达成合资协议，共同开发数据中心资产，初始组合估值约20亿欧元（约23亿美元）。
双方表示，合资公司将采取50%对等持股，组建后将以ACS现有的数据中心资产为基础，覆盖欧洲、美国及澳大利亚，规划装机容量合计达1.7吉瓦，整体估值约20亿欧元。
根据协议，ACS将其现有组合注入新公司，并获得约10亿欧元现金及最多10亿欧元的阶段性对价，具体金额与商业进度挂钩。双方还透露，如后续储备项目落地，ACS最高可再获得2亿欧元额外收益。
ACS称，当前正跟进的潜在数据中心项目储备规模已超过11吉瓦，遍布北美、欧洲及亚太地区。
